The holiday season
December 11th, 2009
The holiday season is really in full swing and there are few nights that don't have multiple events. I hope I can keep the oncoming cold away long enough to make it to all of the parties! While we seem to have the manufacturing under control and are figuring out this retail stuff, I am on to focusing on marketing (AKA my idea of a social life during the business expansion:). Part of that is being out and about, meeting, mingling and building partnerships. (and doing all of this while spending time with friends, really sometimes I can't believe this is my job!)

Caroline: I have a weekend business trip and can’t pack very much. What should I take that is can work for my business meetings in to business dinners?
Sarah: Mix it up with accessories, fun and bright for evening and more conservative for day. A quick change in to some sexy or fun tights before dinner could be the trick and they don’t take up much room in your suitcase! Also, check out our Sienna Dress, velvet, but if you wore it with a cardigan at work it would be more conservative and just take off the sweater for dinner.

What type of fashion do have for plus sized teens and women?

Hi Gina! our sizes run 2-16 and xl. we carry women’s sizes, not contemporary so they are real cut, not the narrow cut of a lot of designer brands. Many of our shapes as you will see from the web site have incredibly forgiving cuts (jennifer dress, wendy top, karen blouse). Our styles range from casual to dressy. Is there a specific style or product that you are looking for? Also, feel free to stop in the store and have one of our in-store stylists help create looks.
