One of our favorite Spring trends that is everywhere-cobalt and tangerine. Just in today from Amour Vert, gorgeous and vibrant dresses, tanks, and skirts. SA VA will have you right on trend in vibrant tangerine and deep cobalt for the Spring. The Tina dress (seen left) shows the trend in a solid, polished off which a clean crisp white blazer. While the Iris tank paired with the Naomi skirt (seen middle) offers a more relaxed Saturday outfit, but keeps it fun with horizontal striped high-low skirt. And for a night out, the Norma draped cowl neck top (seen right). It can be paired with black skinny leg pants or, if you are feeling adventurous bring in another Spring trend, color blocking, and pair it with a tangerine skirt. Just in this week, new tunics from Tolani. The tunic is the ultimate in versatillity in these early days of Spring ahead of us. The Mary (seen left) in snake is perfectly subdued gray for now while the winter weather lingers. The Sandra (seen right) in animal introduces color and a bolder print with short sleeves allowing it to transition when our weather warms up. While the Elizabeth (seen center) will definitely make a statement with bright orange graphic flower print that will be perfect on a beautiful Spring day!

 
Welcome to the inaugural SA VA Woman of the Month feature.  Over the last three and a half years we have been fortunate enough to dress some of Philadelphia's (and beyond) most dynamic professional women in their every day lives.  We have learned from them and been inspired by them.  It is a gift to me as a designer and to our brand.  So, what better way to honor that gift than to profile the lives of some incredible women.
 
A few weeks ago Nydia Han, Consumer Report and Anchor for 6abc news hosted our SA VA Spring Preview event.  I was thrilled to have her support the event and she looked spectacular in her one-of-a-kind hand dyed Simone dress.  I had an opportunity at the event to sit down with Nydia and ask her a few questions about her lifestyle, inspiration, and of course style sensibility. Nydia is an incredible woman, reporter, philanthropist, and mother.  It's fitting that she is our very first profiled Woman of the Month.
