S.V.A. Holdings Corporation is a semi-vertical apparel company. The company directly manufactures more than half of our products in our own garment facilities. The balance of our production is internally sourced with manufacturers in the United States and Italy.

The company was established in 2005 by fashion designer Sarah Van Aken and launched its first label, Van Aken a line of custom tailored dress shirts for men and women, in early 2006. Since, S.V.A. Holdings has expanded Van Aken to include a line of neckwear. The label has been featured in national and regional publications such as Glamour and Continental Airlines In Flight Magazine among many others. The company will expand Van Aken in early 2007 with kiosk locations in boutiques and specialty stores.

In June 2006 S.V.A. Holdings launched its second private label SA VA, a women’s label initially featuring a line of hand made silk camisoles. This label is carried in boutiques in Philadelphia as well as direct retail on line. The company has plans to expand this label to include dresses for Spring 2007 and a full collection for Fall 2007. This new brand has already been featured on Daily Candy, LuckyMag.com and will be a feature in Philly Style this fall among others.

The company will continue to expand through the end of the year with projects such as custom designs for exclusive restaurants including the Gotham Bar & Grill in New York. This new outlet merges the world of luxury fashion and luxury dining and will be carried under the companies new label Van Aken Signature. Additionally, S.V.A. Holdings will offer private label manufacturing for exclusive and emerging designers.
